Guiding is a live activity, and so I cannot guarantee that you will see every single thing listed in each tour, as circumstances on the day, such as closure of attractions without notice, may prevent this from being possible.
I reserve the right to terminate the tour if anyone in your party behaves unacceptably (e.g. offensive or violent behaviour).
Orders and Payment
I will confirm your requirements —or suggest alternatives— via email, and you will be asked to pay a 25% deposit (via Credit Card or PayPal) to secure your booking. Once your deposit is accepted you are entering into a contract with me.
The balance is payable two weeks before the tour date.
Cancellation
It is the norm within the travel industry that if an engagement is cancelled by a client 7 days or less before the tour is scheduled that 50% of the negotiated fee is payable. If the tour is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start then the full fee is payable.
